This product is a 25L edible oil bag-in-box (BIB) with an aseptic cap. The aseptic cap variant distinguishes it from same-size, same-use products with other cap types; the exact cap adaptation can be discussed according to the customer’s filling equipment and usage requirements.
Common laminated structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). Printing is available in 1–8 color gravure printing, and the artwork can be customized to customer requirements.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The workshop is a 10000-class cleanroom, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory offers sample/artwork proofing and can customize dimensions and artwork according to customer requirements.
