Dongguan Kangdi Packaging's 1L concentrate liquid pouch bag features a three-side seal, no-spout structure for packaging 1L concentrated liquid products. This structure supports bag customization according to customer artwork and is sealed by heat sealing after bag making, clearly distinguishing it from spouted or other seal-type liquid pouches.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness ranges from 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination), and printing can use 1–8 color gravure printing. Specific material and thickness can be confirmed with the customer based on concentrate packaging requirements.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The origin is Dongguan, Guangdong, and the workshop is a 10,000-class cleanroom. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces.
Customization services include sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and artwork according to customer requirements. Customers can provide the 1L specification, concentrate use, three-side seal no-spout structure, and artwork requirements, and Dongguan Kangdi Packaging will produce according to the confirmed plan.
