This aluminium foil stand-up pouch is built for liquid products such as biological reagents, test reagents and alcohol disinfectants. A folded bottom keeps the bag standing steadily during filling and shelf display. Depending on your filling line, it can be fitted with a screw spout, flip-top spout or one-way valve for smooth pouring and reliable sealing. Three-side and four-side seal options are available, giving a neat seal edge and a firm, upright bag body.
Typical laminates include PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, and the barrier or light-blocking build can be adjusted to suit the contents. The outer layer supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, including full-surface backgrounds, spot colours and large graphics. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, while spout diameter, bag width and film thickness are matched to your filling equipment and dose. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for continuous production.
These pouches are widely used for biological reagents, in-vitro diagnostic reagents, alcohol disinfectants and care liquids, as well as small-volume packs for daily chemical and fine chemical products. Customisation is straightforward: send us your sample or artwork, confirm the bag structure, size and print layout, approve a sample, then move on to bulk production.
