This valve pouch is designed for household liquid cleaning products. The stand-up body has widened bottom gussets so it holds its shape when filled, and a wide-mouth valve on top allows smooth pouring and repeated opening and closing without mess. A die-cut or welded carry handle makes lifting easy, while three-side or four-side sealing keeps the edges flat and firm. The valve is heat-welded to the pouch with a sealed finish that helps reduce leakage and dripping during storage, transport and daily use.
The pouch is built from eco-friendly laminated film, typically combining PE with PA, PET or similar layers to balance flexibility, puncture resistance and barrier performance against liquid contents. Film combinations can be adjusted to suit different formulas. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image detail and consistent colour across runs. Common capacities run from about 1L to 6L, and valve size, handle style, bag width and height are all open to adjustment. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical applications include laundry detergent, cleaning water, dish soap, disinfectant and care liquids, as well as refill packs that need repeated dispensing. Customisation is straightforward: send us a sample, artwork or your target capacity and valve requirements, we make a proof for confirmation, then move to bulk production.
