The valve pouch is designed for large-volume liquid packaging in a stand-up format. Its body uses a four-side seal with a reinforced bottom gusset, so the bag stands firmly and resists pressure during handling. A wide-mouth valve spout sits on top and accepts a guide tube, giving controlled flow when filling or pouring and reducing spills and splashing. The spout-to-film weld area is thickened and built to withstand internal pressure during transport and stacking, making it suitable for portable dispensing of washer fluid, gasoline and cleaning liquids.
Bags are typically built from multi-layer laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, with EVOH high-barrier options available to match the filled product. This gives puncture resistance, chemical resistance and good barrier performance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering solid backgrounds, gradients and matte or gloss finishes with stable ink adhesion. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, while spout diameter, guide tube length and bag dimensions can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
These pouches are widely used for liquid filling in car care, household chemicals, industrial cleaning and agrochemical applications, including washer fluid, fuel additives, disinfectants and detergents. On customisation, customers can send samples or artwork so we confirm the structure and print layout first, then move to sampling and bulk production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and gravure printing lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production and delivery follow the confirmed schedule.
