This shaped valve bag — available in sock and boot silhouettes — is built on strong heat-sealed side edges, with a food-grade valve and spout positioned at the top or side. A matching cap allows easy filling, pouring and resealing. The three-dimensional body stands upright on the shelf and gives festive gift sets, wine bottles and juice products a distinctive look that stands out at retail.
Bag bodies can be laminated from food-grade PET, foil, nylon and PE films, balancing barrier performance with flexibility to limit oxygen and light exposure. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering crisp detail and consistent colour for seasonal artwork such as Christmas themes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; bag shape, dimensions, valve position and opening style can all be adjusted, with matching roll film supplied on request.
Typical applications include wine, fruit wine, juice, sauces and other liquid foods, often seen in festive gift boxes, supermarket displays and food service. The custom process is straightforward: send your sample or artwork, confirm material, size and print layout, then move to proofing and production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean room and handles printing, lamination and bag making in house, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and delivery against agreed milestones.
