This vehicle-mounted collapsible bag is built around a valve dispensing system. The body is formed by three-side or four-side sealing and fitted with a screw-type valve plus a separate guiding tube, while the top carry handle is heat-sealed into the bag itself. Filled, it stands upright; empty, it folds flat for storage. The valve opens and closes smoothly and seals reliably, giving controlled pouring with less spillage, which suits liquids that are used again and again.
The bag is typically made from laminated structures such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, with a food-grade inner sealing layer. Depending on the liquid, we can choose oil-resistant, acid and alkali resistant or high-barrier combinations, and produce capacities from 1L to 10L. Surface printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for clear detail and consistent colour. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for customers who fill or slit in house.
Typical applications include in-car water storage, self-driving and camping trips, outdoor work, emergency supplies, and temporary holding of petrol or windshield washer fluid. Brand owners and factory buyers can both send samples or artwork for customisation. Based in Dongguan, Guangdong, we run 10,000-class clean workshops and complete sampling through mass production in house, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and delivery on the agreed schedule.
