This valve bag is designed for large-capacity water storage in outdoor and mobile settings. The body is a stand-up pouch with a reinforced carry handle, so it stays stable when lifted or set down while full. Heat seals are widened around the perimeter and corners are rounded to reduce stress during folding. The outlet can be fitted with a screw-on tap valve or a press-type valve, and the sealing ring works with the valve body to keep the closure tight. Flow is easy to control with one hand, and the bag can be refilled and carried again.
The body is built mainly from food-grade PE and nylon laminated film, and inner layer thickness can be adjusted to suit the contents and load. The structure balances flexibility, folding endurance and drop resistance. Film surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, so both fine pattern detail and solid colour blocks reproduce reliably; brand colours, usage instructions and capacity markings can all be printed. Standard volumes run from 1L to 20L. Bag dimensions, valve diameter and handle style can be modified from a sample or drawing, and matching roll film is available when needed.
Typical uses include camping and picnics, outdoor work, agricultural watering, emergency water storage, and mobile dispensing of drinks, drinking water or cleaning liquids. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, confirm bag type, capacity, valve and print file, then approve a proof before mass production. Production runs in our Dongguan plant, where bag making and slitting are carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching roll film can be supplied, and scheduling follows the agreed milestones.
