This valve bag is built around a stand-up or collapsible pouch format, with four-side heat sealing that can be adjusted to the width your filling line needs, and rounded corners that stay comfortable in the hand. The outlet can be fitted with a screw valve, a press-style tap or a rotating spout with a dust cap, and the matching spout diameter keeps filling and pouring simple. A top handle or hanging hole and optional side loops make the bag easy to carry and store when folded.
Structures are usually made from food-grade PE, PET, NY or foil laminates: an inner heat-seal layer that contacts the liquid directly, and an outer layer that adds stiffness and puncture resistance, with light-blocking or low-temperature options depending on what you fill. Printing runs 1-8 colour gravure printing, with artwork and colour references confirmed against your sample or drawing, and matt, gloss or selective unprinted areas available. Standard volumes cover 5L to 10L and can be extended up or down; matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
These pouches turn up in camping water storage, spare water for the car, sports hydration, cleaners and disinfectants, and smaller packs of drinks or liquid seasonings. The custom process is straightforward: share your requirement, send a sample or artwork, confirm the proof, place the order, then production and inspection before shipment. We produce in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop, with matching roll film available and an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, scheduled to the confirmed production plan.
