Positioned for mid- to high-end food and beverage packaging, this foil and metallized stand-up pouch has a gusseted base that keeps the bag upright on shelves and in chilled display cabinets. The body is heat-sealed on all sides and can be built as a three-side or four-side seal format. The top can be fitted with a spout, screw cap or one-way valve for automatic filling lines, or supplied as a plain sealed pouch for in-store portioning and delivery.
The laminated structure uses food-grade aluminum foil or metallized film, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with layer combinations adjusted to the filling and barrier requirements for light, moisture and puncture resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering solid backgrounds, gradients and multi-colour overlays with consistent colour. Pouch sizes and volumes are made to order, normally from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film is available for automatic packing lines.
Typical applications include dairy, bakery ingredients, beverage chains, sauces and liquid household products, such as cream portions, fresh milk delivery, juices and syrups. For customization, send us a sample, drawing or artwork; we confirm the structure and print layout, produce a sample pouch for approval, then move to bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering lamination, printing and bag making in house, MOQ 10,000 pcs.
