This product is a stand-up spout pouch with an integrated carry handle, designed for mid-to-large liquid volumes around 5L. The bag stands upright on a widened bottom gusset, and the top handle and spout are combined in one unit so the pack can be carried and poured directly. The spout can be fitted with a screw cap or a push-pull valve for smooth, single-hand dispensing. Seals are flat and firm to reduce leakage risk during transport and storage.
The pouch is made from aluminium foil laminated film, typically PET/AL/PA/RCPP or PET/VMPET/PA/PE, where the foil layer blocks oxygen, moisture and light while the inner layer provides food-grade heat sealing. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, with options such as full-coverage graphics, spot matte and gloss varnish. Bag size, spout diameter, handle position and capacity are all made to drawing, normally from 100ml to 5L. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available.
Typical applications include hydrogen-rich water, low-deuterium spring water, mineral water, juice drinks, concentrates, edible oil and household liquid products, especially where light protection and a long shelf life matter. The custom process runs from requirement discussion and sample or artwork confirmation to proofing, mass production and shipment. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean room, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, and in-house printing and bag-making for on-schedule delivery.
