This aluminum foil/metallized stand-up spout pouch is designed for medical reagents and liquid products. Its bottom gusset allows the filled bag to stand securely, while the top spout or valve makes pouring, dripping or measured dispensing easy. The spout base, side seals and center seal are heat-sealed for a flat, firm finish that helps reduce leakage risk. It suits applications requiring light protection, barrier performance and convenient portability.
Materials can be selected according to the contents, such as aluminum foil laminates or metallized laminates, commonly PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, balancing barrier, light protection and heat-seal strength. We support 1-8 colour gravure printing, with rich colours and optional matte or glossy surface effects. Pouch styles and sizes are flexible, with volumes from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film can also be supplied for automated lines.
