This aluminum foil and metallized stand-up spout pouch is designed for liquid hair care products such as shampoo, conditioner and hair smoothner, in both retail and refill formats. The stand-up bottom gusset keeps the bag stable on shelf and gives the pack a neat upright look. Sealing can be three-side or four-side sealed depending on the pouch style, with firm seals that help prevent leakage. A screw spout or flip-top spout sits on top for smooth pouring and easy one-hand use, and valve spouts can be fitted on request for filling lines and end users.
The pouch is built from aluminum foil or metallized laminated film, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with the barrier layer and inner sealing layer adjusted to suit the filled product, balancing light, oxygen and product resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering full-surface backgrounds, spot graphics and matt or gloss finishes, with customisation from samples or artwork. Pouch sizes and volumes range from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
Typical applications include hair care and personal care liquids, hotel amenities and refill packs, as well as similar liquids such as body wash and laundry detergent. The custom process runs from requirement discussion and sample or artwork confirmation through to sampling and bulk production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production and delivery are arranged according to the confirmed specification and quantity.
