This foil and metallized pouch is designed as individual packaging for colour cosmetics and skincare samples. It is usually built as a three-side seal or stand-up pouch, with a flat top, a spout, or a spout fitted with a brush tip, depending on the formula inside. Seals are even in width and stay flat to limit leakage, and spouts can be straight, angled or flip-top, with orifice sizes matched to your filling line for gift-with-purchase packs, trial sizes and travel kits.
Foil laminates and metallized laminates form the base, with common structures such as PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, and layers or thickness adjusted to your barrier and hand-feel needs. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, covering full-bleed backgrounds, spot varnish and matte effects with clear detail. Pouch width, length and volume cover a wide working range, from small serum and eyeliner formats to medium cream jars, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
Typical uses sit in colour cosmetics, skincare and daily chemicals: spout pouches with brush tips for eyeliner liquid, sachets for spot creams and blackhead treatments, and smaller packs for essential oils and cleansing water. Custom work starts from your sample or artwork to confirm pouch style and size, then a proof before mass production, all handled in our own plant in Dongguan, Guangdong with 10,000-class clean workshop operations.
