This stand-up spout pouch in aluminum foil is designed for small-format flexible packaging such as kids' fruit puree and juice puree. The pouch uses a bottom-gusseted stand-up structure, so it stands firmly on the shelf and displays well. Seals are flat and secure on three or four sides, and the top can be fitted with a straight or angled spout, combined with a screw cap or press-type valve for direct sipping by children or easy squeezing by adults. The widened heat seal at the spout base resists pressure and drops during filling, capping and transport.
The pouch body is laminated from aluminum foil and food-grade films, commonly in PET/AL/PE or PET/AL/NY/PE structures. The foil layer delivers a high barrier against oxygen, light and moisture, slowing oxidation, colour change and flavour loss in puree. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, with full-surface coverage, matte or gloss finishes, fine pattern detail and stable reproduction of small text and solid colour blocks. Capacities range from 90g to 1kg, and spout diameter, pouch dimensions and roll film width can all be adjusted to order. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
These pouches suit children's food, juice and fruit puree, dairy products, sauces and pet nutrition puree, as well as sample packs, gift boxes and e-commerce multipacks. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample bag, artwork or target specification, we confirm structure and material, produce a sample for approval, then move to bulk production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and customisation from samples or drawings is welcome, with delivery on the agreed schedule.
