These spouted pouches are built for high-barrier liquid packaging. The main formats are stand-up and flat-bottom bags with clean, strong four-side seals, and the outlet can be a straight spout, an angled spout or a valved fitment depending on how the product is filled. The spout is heat-welded to the pouch body with a wide sealing area, giving reliable resistance to drops and compression during transport, and making the pack easy to pour from for concentrated juice and freshly mixed drinks. Zippers, handles and hanging holes can be added for shelf display and repeated use.
The laminate combines pure aluminum foil or metallized film with PET, NY and PE layers to create a strong barrier against oxygen, moisture and light while keeping the pouch stiff yet flexible. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which handles solid backgrounds, gradients and fine detail, and we accept customization from your samples or artwork. Structures and thicknesses are adjusted to suit the filled product. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L, with spout sizes, pouch dimensions and roll widths matched to your filling equipment; matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical applications include juice drinks, tea chains, concentrated fruit pulp and liquid condiments, in both retail-size packs and larger refill pouches for foodservice. The process is straightforward: confirm pouch style and volume, choose the laminate structure and artwork, then move to bulk production after the sample is approved. Our plant is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house printing and bag-making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and sample- or artwork-based customization is supported, with production and shipment scheduled against agreed milestones.
