This stand-up spout pouch is built for industrial liquid packaging. The widened bottom gusset keeps the bag upright and stable during filling and display. Choose from three-side or four-side seal construction with clean, strong seals that resist splitting in handling and transit. The top can be fitted with a screw spout, flip-top spout or valved cap, combined with a leak-proof gasket for easy pouring, dosing and refilling. A light-blocking outer layer helps reduce the effect of light on the formula inside, which suits light-sensitive products.
The bag uses aluminum foil or metallized film as the barrier layer, laminated with PET, NY and PE films to deliver light, oxygen and moisture resistance, while thicker gauges improve drop and puncture performance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, matching artwork and colour references from your samples or files, with matt, gloss and local finishing available. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; bag size, spout diameter and film thickness are matched to your filling equipment and product. Roll film in the same structure is also available.
Typical applications include coatings, paint, ink, waterproofing adhesives, cleaning agents, lubricants and household liquid products, where brands often replace metal cans and rigid pails to cut packaging and freight cost. The usual custom flow is: share requirements, confirm a sample or send your own, approve the proof, then bulk production. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film, lamination, printing and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production scheduled to your confirmed sample and delivery window.
