This liquid packaging bag is developed for filling garden liquid fertilizers, mineral-source potassium humate solutions and other free-flowing liquids. The pouch is built in stand-up or flat-bottom styles with flat, firm four-side seals. The top can be fitted with a spout, screw cap or one-way degassing valve, which relieves internal pressure caused by temperature changes or fermentation, lowering the risk of swelling and leakage while making pouring and resealing easy.
The bag is usually laminated from PET, NY, AL and PE films, with common structures such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE. These combinations balance barrier performance, puncture resistance and drop strength, and the layer build can be adjusted to the acidity, filling temperature and shelf-life requirements of the contents. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure printing, with artwork and colour matching reproduced from your files. Standard volumes cover 5 kg and 10 kg, extendable from 1 kg to 20 kg.
Typical uses include garden nutrient solutions, humic acid liquid fertilizers, liquid organic fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizer concentrates and some chemical auxiliaries.
