This liquid packaging pouch is designed for filling paste and lotion products. Common styles include three-side seal and four-side seal flat pouches, stand-up pouches and spouted pouches, with round or folded bottom options for better shelf stability. Edges are heat sealed for a flat, reliable seal. Depending on how the product is filled and dispensed, you can choose a spout, screw cap, flip-top or duckbill valve as the outlet.
The main structures are PET/NY/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates, and we can also combine pearl white film, high-barrier film or chemical-resistant inner layers according to the contents, balancing stiffness, light blocking and barrier performance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image layers and stable registration, with full-bleed backgrounds and spot colours available. Volumes typically range from 100ml to 5L, and pouch size, spout diameter and film thickness can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
These pouches suit hair dye, conditioner, essence lotion, shampoo, body wash and sample sachets, as well as small liquid packs for food and agrochemical products. The custom process starts with your sample or artwork to confirm pouch style and print layout, followed by a proof, then bulk production and shipment. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, equipped with a Class 10000 clean workshop. We support customisation from samples or drawings, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
