This handled liquid pouch is designed for outdoor water collection and liquid dispensing. The body is a collapsible stand-up soft pouch that can be built in four-side-seal or three-side-seal formats, with an integrally formed handle on the side so a full bag still carries comfortably in one hand. The spout can be a screw cap, a press-type nozzle or a turn valve, giving smooth pouring and repeated open-and-close use. When empty, the pouch folds flat for compact storage in a car or backpack.
Pouch bodies are typically made from food-grade PET/PE, nylon laminated film or PET/AL/PE foil laminate, with thickness and barrier layers adjusted to suit the filling. Surface decoration uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which keeps artwork detail and registration stable for consistent brand presentation. Standard capacities run from 1L to 10L, with 8L car and camping water bags among the most requested sizes. Custom shapes can be developed from your sample or drawing, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical uses include camping and outdoor trips, in-car drinking water, event hydration, liquid food portioning and small-batch handling of household liquids. For customisation, send us a sample or artwork to confirm pouch style and capacity; we support print layout and sampling before bulk production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film blowing, lamination, printing and bag making in house.
