These liquid packaging bags are built for sampling and testing work. The standard format is a flat, self-sealing pouch, and the bag can also be supplied with a spout or a screw valve when the sampling method calls for it. Three-side or four-side heat sealing keeps the seams smooth and even, so the filled bag resists pressure without leaking and drains cleanly when poured or probed. A clear window and a printed water level scale on the front make the volume easy to read at a glance, reducing manual estimation errors.
The bag body is usually laminated from PE, PET, PA or AL films, and the structure can be chosen to suit the contents: acid and alkali resistance, light blocking, or high barrier. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, so graphics and level markings are produced in one pass with accurate registration and consistent colour. Capacities cover 100ml to 5L, with 250ml and 500ml as common sizes. Bag dimensions, spout diameter and seal width can all be adjusted to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical applications include environmental monitoring, water utilities, food and beverage, personal care and chemical industries, wherever liquid samples or small batches need to be packed and moved. Customization usually starts with your sample or artwork; we confirm the material structure and print layout, then produce a sample for approval before mass production. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and supports sample-based and drawing-based customization. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
