This flip-top liquid pouch is built for small-volume dispensing of personal care and cosmetic liquids. The bag body is typically a three-side or four-side sealed flat pouch, and a stand-up version with a bottom gusset is also available. A flip-top spout or snap-lid opening sits at the top, so the pouch can be opened and closed with one hand while the flow stays easy to control. Heat-sealed edges are flat and firm to reduce the risk of leakage, and the pouch stands upright for shelf display or travel kits.
Structures are commonly built from laminated films such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/NY/PE, selected according to the filling and barrier requirements, balancing stiffness and flexibility. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which reproduces artwork with stable colour and fine detail, making it suitable for sample packs and co-branded editions. The range covers small capacities from 10ml to 100ml, with pouch style and dimensions adjustable on request. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside the pouches.
