This light-blocking liquid pouch is built for filling pet disinfectants, hypochlorous acid sanitisers and similar liquids. The main formats are stand-up spouted pouches and valve-fit pouches, sealed on three or four sides, with edge-seal width and corner radius matched to your filling line. Spouts come as straight, angled or leak-resistant valve types with inner plugs and screw caps, so pouring stays controlled and repeated opening does not weep. The flat, stable base also suits automatic pouch-handling fillers.
Pouches are typically laminated as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, where the foil layer blocks light and limits moisture and oxygen ingress to protect the active ingredients. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing brand colours, gradients and fine text, with optional matte, spot-gloss or anti-slip finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; pouch width and height, spout diameter and seal dimensions are tooled to your drawing or reference sample.
Typical uses include pet cleaning and disinfection liquids, hypochlorous acid water, household cleaners and small-volume chemical or agrochemical liquids. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering printing, lamination and pouch making in house.
