This liquid packaging bag is designed for water-filled counterweights and liquid storage. The square, reinforced bag body keeps its shape after filling, while the screw cap valve allows repeated filling, draining and sealing. Sealed edges and the valve area are reinforced to reduce bulging and leakage under load. The bag can also be customized with hanging holes, gussets or a spout version based on your sample, making it suitable for advertising board bases, display stand water tanks and similar weighting uses.
It can be made from PE or PA composite films to balance flexibility, drop resistance and puncture resistance. The surface supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, so brand graphics, colour blocks and logos can be customized from your artwork. Common capacities range from 3L to 5L, while bag dimensions, valve diameter, film thickness and reinforcement can be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for automated filling lines.
Typical uses include advertising board counterweights, event display bases, outdoor water-filled bases, liquid storage and transport, and industrial weighting.
