These liquid packaging pouches are designed for refill formats of hand soap, sanitizer and similar liquid personal care products. The bag body is built as a stand-up or spouted pouch, with reinforced seals along the bottom and sides for pressure resistance and leak-free transport. They can be fitted with dispenser pumps, press pumps or screw spouts, and the fit between pump head and pouch opening is tight, giving smooth flow and a clean cut-off. Pumps can be supplied together with the pouches as a complete set for direct filling.
Structures typically use PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE laminated film, and the barrier layer can be adjusted to suit the contents, balancing stiffness and flexibility. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with rich colour and stable registration; full-surface coverage or partial clear areas are both possible. We accept customisation from samples or artwork. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch shape, dimensions, spout diameter and pump style can all follow your filling line and shelf requirements. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical applications include hand soap, hand sanitiser gel, antibacterial soap and disinfectant, as well as liquid food and sauce portions. The customisation flow is usually: sample or artwork confirmation, structure prototyping, print proofing, bulk production and shipment follow-up. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and printing and bag-making are handled in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production is scheduled according to the approved sample and confirmed timeline for on-time delivery.
