This shaped liquid pouch is designed for small-volume, single-use dispensing with a punch-hole at the top for hanging display. The body is a three-side-seal pouch with rounded corners or custom die-cut contours, and the opening can be finished with a tear notch or zigzag cut so the lotion squeezes out cleanly without dripping. For the wider liquid packaging range, spouts, butterfly valves and zipper closures can be added to suit different viscosities and refill needs.
Laminates such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and NY/PE are used, with structure and thickness adjusted to the contents and shelf life of the filling. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, covering spot colours, gradients and full-surface coverage with crisp detail and consistent colour. Standard volumes run from 20ml to 30ml, and 5ml to 100ml sample sizes can also be produced; pouch width, height, hole position and shaped outline are all made to order, with matching roll film available.
Typical uses include hotel amenity sets, guesthouse and airline travel kits, cosmetic samples, shampoo and body wash trial packs, e-commerce gifts and sampling campaigns. Send us an existing sample or your artwork and we will confirm material, size and print layout, then produce a proof for approval before mass production. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean room and gravure printing lines; MOQ is 10,000 pcs, delivered on the agreed schedule.
