This liquid packaging pouch is designed for daily chemical liquids such as hand sanitizer, disinfectant and liquid soap. It is available in stand-up or flat-bottom styles with clean, strong four-side seals, and the bottom gusset keeps the pouch standing steadily on shelf for better display. The spout can be fitted with a silicone nozzle tube, used together with a screw cap or flip-top lid, so liquid flows smoothly and can be dispensed with one hand. Valve or spout assemblies are also available, and the pouch runs well on both automatic and manual filling lines.
The pouch body is usually made of nylon laminated with PE, and the material combination can be adjusted to PET, AL or PE according to the contents, balancing barrier performance, puncture resistance and a soft feel. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which delivers clear artwork detail and consistent colour, with options such as transparent, matte and spot gloss finishes. Capacities from 100ml to 5L are available, with 800ml and 1000ml as the main specifications. Customisation from samples or drawings is welcome, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
