This 10 litre handheld liquid packaging bag is built with a stand-up bag structure and firmly sealed edges, with an integrated handle on top for easy carrying in cars and outdoors. The spout area can be fitted with a drinking spout, screw cap or valve, so liquid flows smoothly and the bag can be resealed after repeated use to prevent spills. The bag stands upright when filled and folds flat when empty, making it a practical choice for repeated filling, carrying and portioning of liquids.
The bag body is made from multi-layer laminated film, and the barrier layers can be selected according to the liquid being packed, balancing strength, puncture resistance and seal integrity. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving full colour coverage and stable registration for brand logos, instructions and warning text. Standard capacities range from 1L to 20L, and bag dimensions, handle position, spout diameter and seal width can all be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical uses include in-car drinking water reserves, camping and emergency water storage, temporary filling and transfer of liquids such as petrol, and liquid packaging in household chemical, agrochemical and food industries. The custom process starts with your sample or artwork to confirm bag type and material, followed by a sample for approval before bulk production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong and runs a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with matching roll film supplied together.
