This liquid packaging pouch is designed for hand-carry household and kitchen cleaning liquids. Stand-up and four-side-seal flat-bottom formats are available, with flat, firmly sealed edges and a folded bottom that keeps the filled bag standing upright. A die-cut handle or reinforced carry handle at the top makes the 5kg size easy to move, while the dispensing option can be a spout, screw cap or one-way valve for smooth pouring of dishwashing liquid and similar medium-viscosity products.
Bag bodies are typically built from PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates, with the barrier layer chosen according to the filling and shelf-life requirement and a food-grade sealing layer inside for acid and alkali resistance. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with clear detail and accurate registration, plus matt, gloss or touch effects. Standard volumes run from 750ml to 5kg, and bag width, height and spout diameter can be adjusted; samples and artwork are both welcome for plate making.
Typical applications include kitchen cleaner, lemon dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, disinfectant and liquid fertiliser, as well as OEM household chemical and private-label e-commerce lines. The custom process starts with sample or artwork confirmation, followed by trial pouches for filling tests and then mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film blowing, printing, lamination and bag making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching roll film is available, and delivery follows the agreed schedule.
