This liquid pouch is built for alcohol hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap and similar free-flowing liquids. It can be made as a stand-up pouch or a spouted soft bag, with clean, strong four-side seals and an optional folded bottom for better shelf stability. The spout is available with a silicone tube or a drip pump so the liquid dispenses smoothly without backflow, which suits press-down or drop-by-drop dosing. A filling port is reserved according to the product and filling method, and the pouch can be matched with the customer's own pump head or outer box.
The bag body is usually laminated PET/NY/PE or PET/AL/PE film, and the layer combination can be adjusted to match the barrier and chemical resistance the contents require while keeping a good balance of stiffness and flexibility. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear detail, stable colour and clean coverage for solid areas and gradients, with matt or gloss surface finishes available. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, with 800ml and 1kg sizes being the most common, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside the pouches.
These pouches are widely used for hand wash, gel sanitizer, disinfectant, body wash, laundry detergent and hotel amenities, and also suit some industrial cleaning liquids. For custom orders, we work from your samples or artwork, confirm bag style, material and print file, then move to sampling and production. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house control over bag making and printing, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and delivery to the confirmed schedule.
