This milky white PE stand-up liquid packaging pouch is designed for filling detergent, care liquids and similar products. The stand-up bottom gusset expands to keep the bag stable on the shelf and gives a neat, upright display. A widened heat-seal edge runs along the body for a firm, leak-resistant closure that holds around 500g of liquid. Bag styles can be flat-top, angled-top, or fitted with a spout, screw cap or valve for easy pouring and dispensing. Handles and resealable options are also available.
The bag body uses milky white PE as the main material and can be laminated with PET, NY, AL and other layers to build an acid and alkali resistant structure with adjustable barrier performance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, giving saturated colour, accurate registration and clean reproduction of logos and full-bleed backgrounds. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, length, spout diameter and bottom gusset can all be adjusted. Sample-based and drawing-based customisation are both supported.
Typical applications include detergent, laundry liquid, disinfectant, care liquid, fabric softener and household cleaning products, as well as some industrial cleaners. The custom process starts with a requirement review, then sample or drawing confirmation, proofing and sign-off, bulk production, inspection and shipment. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house gravure printing and bag-making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with matching roll film supplied on request.
