This liquid packaging bag is designed for catering sauces and semi-solid condiments. Common styles include three-side seal, four-side seal and stand-up pouches, and the bag body can be fitted with a spout, screw cap or valve outlet on request. The clear film lets kitchens and end users check sauce colour and remaining volume at a glance. Heat-sealed edges stay flat and firm, giving smooth pouring without clinging residue. Bag shape and opening size can be adjusted to match the viscosity of the filling.
Bags are typically built from PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer, balancing oil resistance, low-temperature performance and barrier properties. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing; we accept custom artwork or physical samples and reproduce saturated colours, fine detail, small text and barcodes clearly. Bag width, length and volume are all adjustable, with regular capacities from 100ml to 5L. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside, which helps factories run continuous filling lines.
Applications cover hotpot base, barbecue sauce, dips, sauces, cooking oil and drink concentrates, mainly for catering delivery and food processing portion packing. The custom process moves from requirement discussion and sample or artwork confirmation to proofing, signed-off approval and bulk production, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 cleanroom and gravure printing lines, handling film blowing, printing and bag making in house to keep supply stable.
