This stand-up spouted liquid packaging bag is built for high-volume filling of household and food liquids. The body uses a three-dimensional stand-up structure that sits stably on the shelf and stacks neatly in cartons. Wide-edge heat sealing keeps every seam flat and secure, with rounded or angled corner options on the side and bottom seals. A screw cap or flip-top spout sits on top, and you can add a valve or handle for smoother pouring, better flow control and reliable resealing after repeated opening.
The bag is made from PE co-extruded film or multi-layer laminates such as PET/PE and PET/AL/PE. The thickened build improves puncture resistance and corrosion resistance, so weak acid and alkaline liquids such as laundry detergent and disinfectant are handled comfortably. The outer layer supports 1-8 colour gravure printing with crisp detail and stable colour fastness, and print repeats can be adjusted to your artwork. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, while bag dimensions, spout diameter, film thickness and opening style are matched to your filling line.
Typical applications include laundry detergent, fabric softener, disinfectant and hand soap, as well as food-grade liquids such as soy sauce, juice and edible oil in small to medium formats.
