A clear pouch with folded side gussets that opens out to a larger volume, for granules, powders and bulky lightweight products.
| Pouch type | Side-gusset pouch |
|---|---|
| Body | High-clarity laminate, visible contents |
| Closure | Zipper / seal line optional |
| Film structure | Clear / metallised / foil |
| Applications | Granules, powders, nuts, lightweight goods |
A side-gusset pouch folds the film on both sides so that when opened out the body goes from flat to rectangular, holding more than a flat pouch of the same footprint while folding back narrow for transport and storage. This clear gusset pouch uses a high-clarity laminate, so the condition and remaining quantity of the contents are directly visible — good for granules, powders, nuts and lightweight household goods where the product's appearance is part of the sell. A zipper or seal line can be added so the pack reseals after opening. Film structure can follow light-protection needs: add metallised or foil where a barrier is required, or use clear laminate alone for display-only packs to save cost. Pouch size, gusset width, closure type and print design are all customisable, with a labelling area left clear if you prefer to apply your own labels.
