Once a glass bottle of wine is opened it must be drunk fairly soon, whereas wine in a valve pouch collapses as the level falls, leaving almost no headspace, so flavour stays stable much longer after opening — better suited to by-the-glass restaurant service and day-to-day drinking at home. This wine stand-up valve pouch uses a laminate body, metallised or pure foil according to how much light protection the wine needs. The dispensing valve sits low in the body: press lightly to pour, release to stop, making a single glass easy to measure, and close the valve to put the rest back in the fridge. The gusseted base stands it on a fridge door or table, and the face can be printed to your brand. Suited to retail and food service packs of red and white wine, fruit wine and cooking wine.
