Powdered foods are vulnerable to moisture, oxygen and fine dust escaping through the seal edge. This three-side seal foil pouch is built from aluminium foil and laminate: the aluminium layer blocks water vapour and oxygen, while the continuous three-side heat seal reduces the risk of powder creeping along the closure. Bag proportions can be adjusted to 1-1000g fills, with a flat or tear-notch opening for consumers. Artwork supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, suited to sealed packing of walnut powder, grains and lotus-root starch, as well as granular foods and other powder materials that need light and moisture protection.
