Mask, serum and travel-size packaging has to control the dose while keeping actives from being broken down by light and oxygen on the shelf. This thickened metallised pouch uses a PET+VMPET+PE lamination whose metallised core reflects light and slows oxidation, which suits formulations containing light-sensitive actives such as vitamin C or retinol. The format can be a flat three-side-seal pouch or a stand-up pouch, with volumes from 5ml to 100ml, plus a tear notch for one-handed opening and an optional spout. Printed surfaces can be finished matte or with spot varnish, and the format works equally well for small promotional runs and trial sizes.
