1. Production Manager;

Job requirements:

① Aged 35-48, full-time college degree or above, majoring in management or related fields;

② More than ten years of work experience in the same position as Deputy General Manager of Production at large corrugated carton packaging companies (groups with annual sales of over RMB 300 million) in East China (Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shanghai, etc.);

③ Proficient in all processes of corrugated production lines, with deep knowledge of equipment technology and comprehensive control methods for product quality;

④ Proficient in internal production management, with experience in team production management at large enterprises and thorough consideration of detailed management in production processes;

⑤ Possess certain organizational, communication, coordination and execution capabilities;

⑥ Having a certain network of technical personnel resources is preferred;

Salary and benefits:

Basic salary + production commission + performance assessment, with an annual salary of around RMB 500,000;

1. Sales Director;

Job requirements:

① Full-time college degree or above, aged 35-48, majoring in marketing.

② More than six years of experience in positions such as Sales Deputy General Manager or Director at large corrugated carton packaging companies (groups) in East China (Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shanghai, etc.), with a deep understanding of corrugated board production processes and market demand.

③ Skilled in market planning and development, with successful typical cases, able to promote market expansion and performance improvement.

④ Possess a certain level of team management skills, able to give full play to team strength and maximize individual potential.

Benefits:

Salary: basic salary + commission, with an annual salary of over RMB 300,000.
