This is a 500g self-seal zipper pouch for pet food with a tear notch. Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). The self-seal zipper supports repeat sealing after opening, while the tear notch helps make opening more convenient.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, with patterns and text printed according to customer artwork. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10000-class cleanroom. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The product is designed for 500g pet food packaging and is suitable for pet food packaging scenarios. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Sample/image proofing is supported, with custom sizes and artwork available upon customer request. The tear notch is the distinguishing feature from same-spec, same-use regular self-seal zipper pouches.
The customization flow: requirement communication → sample/image proofing → confirmation of material structure and artwork → production via 1–8 color gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and heat sealing.
