製品概要
750 ml初乳の窒素置換ポーチは、PET/AL/PEの3層共押出し構造で、外面にカラー印刷、中層はアルミ箔、OTRは0.5 cc/m²·day未満、光遮断率は99%以上です。充填工程では窒素置換を行い、内部酸素濃度を1%未満に維持して、免疫グロブリンの活性を維持します。
自立袋の八角シール設計で、22 mmのねじ式スパウトを備えています。常温で12か月以上の保存期間です。壁厚は130 μmで、BASF/LGの食品グレードシール用PEを採用しています。ポーチは2 m落下試験に合格し、破損率は0.3%未満です。
250 ml～2Lのカスタムサイズに対応します。窒素置換・真空・充填を1ラインで実行可能です。コールドチェーン輸送は応相談です。MOQ 5,000個。サンプルは7日、量産は18日です。
