製品概要
このバルブ袋は液体包装向けに設計されています。袋本体は二重ラミネート構造を採用し、清潔で丈夫なシールが四辺すべてに施されています。ARTAはドレンチューブを装着できるねじ込み式バルブです。液体はスムーズに注ぐことができ、バルブはいつでも閉じられるため、滴下、残留物、汚染を削減できます。袋は用途に応じて自立袋またはピロー型に製造でき、バルブ位置、チューブ径、袋の寸法はすべて調整可能です。
PE、PET、PA、アルミ箔などのフィルムをラミネート加工した袋で、内層は液体の腐食性とバリア要件に合わせて選定し、耐化学性と耐穿刺強度のバランスを図っています。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、鮮明な画像階調と安定した版位置精度を保ち、ブランドロゴや製品情報を表現します。標準容量は1L～20Lです。フィルム厚、バルブタイプ、ドレーン管の長さ、袋形状は、すべてお客様のサンプルまたはアートワークを基に試作サンプルを作成して確認でき、対応するロールフィルムも供給できます。
これらの袋は、ディーゼル排ガス還元剤（尿素）、液体肥料、葉面散布用肥料、洗浄剤、および一部の化学液体に広く使用されており、輸送、保管、野外および工場での使用に耐えます。カスタム生産プロセスは、要件の相談やサンプルまたはアートワークの確認から、試作品の作成、最終承認、数量生産までを含めて対応します。当社の工場は広東省東莞市にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場と、1～8色のグラビア印刷を内製しています。最小ロットは10,000個で、対応するロールフィルムもご用意できます。
