製品概要

この複合ロールフィルムは、医薬品および消毒製品の製造工程における自動充填ライン向けに設計されています。機械上では三面シール袋、背面シール袋または四面シール袋として成形され、フラットシール、安定した熱封強度、稼働速度でも印刷位置を正確に維持する安定的なウェブトラッキングを備えています。内側のラミネート層は十分に緻密で、粉体の残留や液体漏れを抑えます。使用現場でのスパウトや一方向バルブの必要性に応じて、同じ材料構成のスパウトポーチを供給できます。

PET、AL、PE、NYから、ご注文に応じてフィルム構造をラミネート加工します。代表的な構成としてPET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、PET/PEがあり、バリア、遮光性、耐穿刺性のバランス Dorf. 外層は1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応し、正確な位置合わせと安定した色調により、ブランドのアートワークを忠実に再現します。完成ロールの厚みは通常40～150 μmで、幅、ロール径および接合法は、充填設備と印刷シリンダーに適合するよう確認します。カスタムサンプルとアートワークは、どちらも受け付けます。

典型的な用途としては、サシェット充填ラインで包装される顆粒Stick、消毒用液体、試薬、日用化学液体、および同様の粉体・ペースト製品が挙げられます。カスタム生産はお客様のサンプルまたは印刷原稿から始まり、構造、フィルム幅、印刷プランを確認した後、量産前に校正版を作成して承認 Мон gottenます。工場は広東省東莞にあり、清浄度10,000級のクリーン工場として、内製印刷とラミネートを行っています。最小ロットは10,000個で、生産および納品は契約マイルストーンに従ってスケジュールされます。
