このダブル自立袋は、小～中量の液体包装向けに設計されています。底部を折ったガセットを備えたダブル自立構造により、棚上で袋を安定させ、平たく広いディスプレイパネルを確保します。上部にはスパウト、バタフライバルブ、またはねじ式キャップを装着でき、広幅の熱シール部と丸いコーナーにより、充填と注出を清潔かつ簡便にできます。ガラス瓶や硬質容器に比べ、輸送重量を削減し、破損リスクも抑えます。
袋本体にはPET、NY、AL、PEなどの多層ラミネートを用い、酸素、光、湿気を遮断するアルミホイル層により、内容物の鮮度維持に役立ちます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、全面デザイン、スポットカラー、マットまたはグロス仕上げに対応します。細密な表現と安定した付着力を実現します。標準容量は100mL～5Lで、袋サイズ、スパウト径、バルブ種類は、いずれもお客様の図面に合わせて製造できます。同じ材質のロールフィルムも供給可能です。
主な用途は、ジュース濃縮液、水素を含む水、ミネラルウォーター、ワイン、ソースなどの液体、および家庭用・工業用の液体充填です。カスタマイズはお客様のサンプルまたは印刷原稿から開始します。素材構成、容量、印刷ファイルが確定次第、試作サンプリングと量産に進みます。工場は中国広東省東莞にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場と、印刷、ラミネート、袋製造の-integrated設備を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、生産スケジュールは双方の合意に基づき決定します。
