製品概要
このダブル自立袋はガセット底を備えており、充填した袋を棚上または段ボール箱内に自立させることができます。シールは四面または三面があり、シール幅とコーナー半径を調整できます。取出口にはバタフライバルブ、スパウト、スクリューキャップを設置でき、袋本体に直接溶着することで平坦で強固なシールを実現します。充填済みの袋はそのまま包装するか、外装箱に挿入してバッグ-in・ボックス用インナライナーとして使用できます。
ポーチは食品グレードのアルミ箔ラミネートで構成され、一般的にPET/AL/PEまたはPET/NY/AL/PEとなります。層構成は、耐熱性、遮光性、酸素バリアに応じて調整できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、オリジナル版下データ、サンプル、図面に対応しています。マット、グロス、スポット仕上げが選択可能です。容量は100ml～5Lで、スパウトサイズは充填ラインに合わせて加工できます。
