この自立袋は二重の自立構造を採用しており、底部に折りたたんだガセットを熱シールして、充填した袋が棚上で安定して立つようにしています。中量から大容量の液体に対応しています。袋にはバルブ付きスパウト、標準スパウト、またはシリコーン送出チューブを取り付けられます。バルブは流量を調節し、ARTAをシールするため、ポーチをヨーグルトメーカー、飲料ディスペンサーなどの機械に接続できます。上部と側面のシールは、異なる充填ラインに合わせて調整できます。
本体素材には、PET/PE、PET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PEなどの食品グレードのラミネート素材があり、液体との接触に適した内側のシール層により、高いバリア性能、柔軟性、耐穿刺性を実現します。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、全面塗りの背景や多色のアートワークでも、鮮明なディテールと安定した色調を再現します。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、ポーチの寸法、スパウト径、チューブ長、ARTAの設計は、充填ラインに合わせて調整できます。
