製品概要

この二室式バルブポーチは、マルチ区画のフレキシブルパッケージとして設計されています。1回の袋製造工程で2つのポーチを形成し、強化した中央シールで区切ることで、内容物が混ざらないようにしています。各室には独自のバルブまたはスパウトを配备しており、それぞれ独立して開封・注出できるほか、1つのパッケージに2種類の異なる製品を充填することもできます。四辺シールは強度が高く、バルブ基部は漏れ防止設計で熱溶着されているため、輸送、保管、最終使用の各段階で、高粘度液体や微粒子を含む液体を安定的に注出できます。

ポーチ本体は通常、PET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、PET/VMPET/PEなどの食品グレード構成でラミネートされており、充填する製品に応じて酸素バリア、光遮断、耐酸性の選択肢を選べます。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷を施し、アートワーク、色見本、マットまたはグロス仕上げについて、お手持のファイルから校正版を作成できます。同じ素材のロールフィルムもご用意できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋サイズ、バルブ径、シール幅はサンプルまたは図面に合わせて製造できます。

主な用途には、濃縮ジュース、ジャム、トマトペースト、シロップ、液体洗剤、工業用添加剤があり、飲食店の分注、店頭での補充、家庭用ディスペンスングなどに用いられます。カスタム注文はシンプルな流れで進みます。仕様書、サンプルまたはアートワークの確認、校正と承認を経て、製造・出荷となります。校正時には、バルブのシール状態と印刷位置合わせを確認します。工場は広東省東莞にあり、10,000級クリーン工場を備え、印刷と製袋は内製しています。最小ロットは10,000個で、合意したスケジュールで納品します。
