このバルブ袋は、折り込み式の底部ガセットを備えた自立袋を設計理念としており、棚の上で安定して自立し、整って表示されます。トップシールは平坦で強固であり、スパウトまたはバルブのアセンブリを装着できます。スクリューキャップが緊密なシールを確保し、液だれのない稳定的で注ぎ量を制御できます。スパウトの形状や仕様は充填設備と最終用途に合わせて選択でき、ご要望に応じてカスタムまたは特定形状のスパウトをご用意いたします。工具・金型は図面に合わせた仕様で製作されます。

ポーチは通常、PET/AL/PEやPET/NY/AL/PEなどのアルミ箔ラミネートで製造され、高バリア性能と柔軟性を両立しています。これらの構造は光、酸素、湿気を遮断するため、長期保存が必要な液体に適しています。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、細密なディテールと豊かな色彩を表現し、全面印刷または白抜き部分の確保ができます。容量は100mL～5Lで、袋サイズ、スパウト径、バルブ位置はご要望に合わせて調整できます。同じ材質の対応するロールフィルムもmoon available.
