製品概要

このバルブポーチは、ガセットを備えた底部をもつ自立型構造のため、充填した袋は棚にしっかり自立できます。袋の全周の継ぎ目が、フラットかつ均一にシールされ、上部にはスパウトまたはスクリューキャップ式バルブのARTAが装着されています。一部のタイプには、注入量を制御できるディスペンシングタップが採用されており、使用のたびにバルブが再びシールされるため、滴下や漏れを抑えることができます。袋の形状、ARTAの位置、タップのスタイルは、商品の注入方法および保管方法に合わせて調整できます。

一般的なラミネート構成にはPET/AL/PE、PET/VMPET/PE、PET/NY/PEがあり、充填方法と滅菌方法に応じて選択されます。外層には1～8色のグラビア印刷が可能で、アートワーク、色ブロック、シェルフレディグラフィック（全面背景およびスポットカラーを含む）を再現できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋の寸法、スパウト径、バルブ形式、シール幅はすべて特注生産に対応しています。同一構成のロールフィルムも、フォーム・フィル・シールライン向けに供給可能です。

これらのポーチは、ジュース、濃縮液、糖液、食用油、醤油、調味料、液体洗剤などの液体に対応しており、家庭用、餐饮用、店頭補充用に適しています。カスタマイズは、構造と容量を確認してから、サンプル袋または印刷用データを送ることで始まります。その後、印刷データの校正を行い、承認用サンプルを製造して量産に入ります。当社の工場は広東省東莞に位置し、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、サンプルおよび図面に基づくカスタマイズに対応しており、生産と納品は合意したスケジュールに基づいて行われます。
