製品概要

このバルブ袋は、大容量の液体および半液体の包装向けに設計されています。ポーチは自立袋またはピロー型で、強度の高い三面または四面のシールとダイカットハンドルを備えているため、片手で運ぶことができます。取出部には超広径バルブとねじ式キャップを備え、滴下しにくい滑らかな注入が可能です。代わりにスパウトやタップ式バルブを装着することもできます。繰返し開閉してもシール状態を維持できるため、5 kgの充填や小売店でのDispensingをPracticalに実施できます。

ポーチは通常、PET/AL/PE、PET/VMPET/PEまたはPET/NY/PEのラミネート構造とし、食品グレードPEの内側シール層を採用しています。フィルムの組み合わせは、酸度、充填温度、保存寿命の目標に応じて調整可能です。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷を施し、マット、グロスまたはテクスチャ仕上げで、鮮明なディテールと安定した色合わせを実現します。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋の寸法、バルブ径およびハンドル形状は、いずれも製品の重量に合わせて再設計できます。
