製品概要

このバルブポーチは、センサーポンプディスペンサーおよびプレスポンプ式ディスペンサーを想定して設計されています。袋は通常、自立式の底面ガセット構造を採用しているため自立し、ディスペンサー室内に安定して収まります。三辺または四辺にシール加工を施すことで清潔で丈夫なエッジを実現し、上部には、センサーと連携して液体を滴下や漏れなく滑らかに吐出する注液バルブまたはスパウトが取り付けられています。袋の形状、バルブの位置、コネクターのサイズはすべて、お使いのディスペンサーの内部キャビリティに合わせて調整できます。

ポーチ本体は通常、PET/AL/PEやPET/NY/PEなどの積層構造でラミネート加工されており、バリア層は充填する製品に応じて選択することで、防光、アルコール耐性、漏れ防止に対応します。表面は1〜8色のグラビア印刷で印刷され、ロット全体でデザイン文件的細部や色の再現性を維持できます。標準容量は約100mlから5Lまでで、このモデルは400mlおよび600mlの充填に適しています。袋の形式、バルブタイプ、液体ARTAはカスタマイズが可能であり、同じ素材のロールフィルムもご用意があります。

主な用途としては、アルコール手指消毒剤、抗菌液体洗剤、消毒ゲル、液体ハンドウォッシュのほか、ホテル、病院、スーパー、公共施設で使用されるセンサーデスペンサーがあります。カスタム製作のプロセスはOTP simplicity: サンプル袋またはデザイン原稿をお送りいただき、素材、容量、バルブコネクターを確認したうえで、サンプル製作および量産生産に進みます。製造は広東省東莞市のクリーン工場（クラス10000）で行っており、最小ロットは10,000個です。サンプルや図面からのカスタマイズにも対応しています。
